With a background in construction and years of customer service experience, our family works together to make you feel comfortable and secure in knowing that your investment is our top priority. We take a straight-forward, transparent approach to providing customers with a pricing structure that prevents any hidden or “surprise” expenses. We respect our customers’ financial expectations and pride ourselves in being as up-front and transparent as possible with the entire pool building process from start to finish.
Chris McDaniel has served his community as a veteran and prior police officer and has over 20 years of construction experience. Beth has over 25 years of experience in customer advocacy and business development. Mike Odom, Mary Robertson, Gevin Horn, Liz Snowden, and Kody McDaniel are the dedicated, innovative, hard-working, customer-focused professionals that are not only our amazing team, but also individuals that we consider family.
The Southern Charm Pools team strongly believes in giving back to the community that has embraced them for so many years. We make annual contributions to Texas Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network, the Clear Creek Education Foundation, the Judah Brown Project, Step Into Swim, and regular contributions to all the local first responders. Additionally, we proudly support and sponsor school activities within all the area independent school districts and local youth sports teams and events.
Southern Charm Pools is certified by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, and our license number is 1303. Our Director of Construction, Mike Odom, has over 30 years of experience building and servicing swimming pools, and he is a licensed Residential Appliance Installer, certified by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation. His license number is 274091.
Southern Charm Pool’s Owner, Chris McDaniel, is a Certified Advanced Pool Builder Professional. This certification is designed to equip professionals with the critical pool construction, engineering and design skills to master waterscape building. The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance provides continuing education and raises the standards in watershape, water feature design and construction swimming pool design.
Southern Charm Pools is also a Pentair Warranty Service Center. Our team has specialized training to identify, install, troubleshoot, and service Pentair variable speed pumps, heaters, cleaners and automation solutions to ensure your pool is energy efficient and the water is crystal clean and ready for year-round enjoyment. Additional training includes equipment sizing, hydraulics, and automatic chlorine generation. We are also highly trained in automation products which empower pool owners with full control of their pool’s ecosystem.
