“We had met with 8 different pool builders over the course of 6-7 months. None of them screamed "go with us for your pool." I had decided to take a break from meeting builders when a client of mine said "call Chris at southern charm." I decided to make one last call to meet Chris. Instantly, I knew southern charm would be our builders. Chris (and his wife Beth and even their daughter!) treated us like we were his only clients. Even though he had a million things going on behind the scenes, he never failed to answer my questions, give honest answers and work daily to make sure we had the best experience. It was an almost stress free process from start to finish. Chris is onsite daily and In constant contact. While I watched other friends, who went with larger/corporate builders, sit and wait with holes in their yard.... we had a completed pool in about 4 weeks! Great family, great company and would for sure recommend!”

“I've been meaning to write a review for Southern Charm Pools, but I've been too busy enjoying my new pool this summer to take a break and really give this review the time it deserves. We choose to work with SCP from the beginning after hearing about the great experience that friends' had building their pools. Working with Chris and Beth and Traci was fantastic and they exceeded all hopes--which were high based on the recommendations of others. They were very clear about expectations with costs, timeline, level of noise, etc. They were extremely patient with my nit-picking and mind-changing. They were always quick to answer phone calls/texts. The crews that came were thorough and clean. All in, It only took 5 weeks from dig to swim. As pleased as I am with the customer service aspect of the company, it pales in comparison to how I feel about the finished product. We are THRILLED with our pool. I am particular and had a lot of ideas about what I wanted when we started the design process, and Chris was able to use his expertise to help guide me to choosing things that I never even thought about (an umbrella hole on the tanning ledge, anchor points for a volleyball net, umbrella holes all over the stamped concrete deck, changing the maximum depth to 5 and a half feet). The pool is better than I could have ever imagined! I don't plan on moving in the near future, but if I did, I'd move somewhere where I could have them build another pool.”
